We currently offer USPS Standard Shipping within the United States. With Standard Shipping, most of our customers in the U.S. receive their orders in just 7 to 10 business days. We are sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Shipping outside the United States
We cannot deliver outside the United States. 

Shipping Costs
For orders under $100.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of $7.00.
For orders $100.01 - $200.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of $15.00.
For orders over $200.01, we ship for free.

RETURN POLICY

You’re welcome to return your order for a full refund or exchange your order for something else within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging. We do not refund original shipping costs. Please note, return shipping is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. If your item arrives broken or damaged in any way, we cannot accept the return.  Anything marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE: Any item purchased on sale is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Returns will not be accepted for intimates, apothecary, candles, pierced earrings, games, seasonal decor, gift cards, and items from our sale section.

All returns must be pre-approved before returning an item. Please contact us at (845) 247-3157 or by email to notify us of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
